Listemann has been EN9100 certified for over 20 years and holds NADCAP Certificates for Heat treatment, soldering and Electron beam welding. The high quality standard enables the assurance that material and manpower meet the requirements to raise our thermal process technology to a level that allows (almost) zero defects.
Listemann offers two joining processes certified in the aviation industry: Vacuum-brazing and Electron beam welding. These often have to be supplemented with Heat treatment, sometimes at short intervals. We enjoy the advantage of being able to carry out all processes at one location.
In addition to high precision and excellent reproducibility, the complete documentation of our processes is an absolute must in the Aviation & Aerospace industry. Listemann addressed this issue at a very early stage and today maintains documentation with extensive content at the highest level.
With our special processes, we process nickel-based and cobalt-based materials and stainless steels, which are mostly used in hot gas applications in engines. Our joining technology is also dedicated to the light metals aluminum and titanium.
