Hot gas components, e.g. in stationary gas turbines, require a special sealing technology that can withstand the high-temperature conditions. For this purpose, so-called honeycomb segments are often used, on which the waterproofing partner can grind in. Listemann has many years of experience in soldering honeycomb segments or rings and supports you from the design to the series production of the products.

Gas turbines or sometimes compressors can reach impressive sizes, depending on the required power. Of course, the individual components of these systems, i.e. the turbine or compressor parts, are also of the appropriate size. At Listemann, the smallest system has a usable space of 300 x 300 x 400 mm, while the largest has a usable diameter of 1500 mm and a usable height of 1800 mm with a capacity of up to 2000 kg. This means that we are also prepared for the series production of large components.
Turbocompressors are used for a wide variety of purposes. They are very often used in pipelines for pressure adjustment on the long conveyor lines. These turbocompressors contain radial impellers, most of which can be manufactured using integral production. In the case of complex or narrow channel geometry, they must be manufactured in two parts and then soldered back together. The elaborate soldering technology with gold solder is another specialization of Listemann. We process small impellers with a diameter of 300 mm up to impellers with a diameter of up to 850 mm and a weight of up to 500 kg.
