Listemann not only pays attention to a high degree of cleanliness in the heat treatment plants, but also equips all furnaces with a high-vacuum pumping station. The result at the end of the thermal process is shiny metallic parts. This saves time-consuming post-cleaning.
Today, medical instruments have to serve increasingly complex and different purposes. With the progress of machining production technology, the instruments can meet these requirements, but this poses a challenge for low-distortion heat treatment. Listemann has chosen the furnace sizes in such a way that the instruments experience as little distortion as possible during heat treatment due to optimized charging.

This means that in a specific batch of medical devices, we only treat medical devices, whereby often the batches are even separated in terms of materials.
