Heat treatment as a tool for producing properties 

Thermal or thermochemical processes are used to specifically change the properties of materials and optimize them for the specific application. For example, wear resistance, machinability, corrosion resistance, formability, hardness, magnetic and electrical properties are improved through appropriate Heat treatment. Depending on the requirements, only the surface or the entire component volume is processed.

High-quality and certified system technology...

Our systems are not only calibrated in accordance with AMS2750 (aviation standard), but also benefit from regular cleaning procedures, which mean that we remove bright metallic parts from the vacuum furnace. This saves you time-consuming and cost-intensive finishing processes such as electropolishing or pickling. This is particularly important for medical instruments.
