Thermal or thermochemical processes are used to specifically change the properties of materials and optimize them for the specific application. For example, wear resistance, machinability, corrosion resistance, formability, hardness, magnetic and electrical properties are improved through appropriate Heat treatment. Depending on the requirements, only the surface or the entire component volume is processed.

Thanks to the diversity of our heat treatment furnaces, we are able to thermally process micro parts for hearing aids or watches as well as fuel tanks for satellites or large gears for ship propulsion systems.
Our systems are not only calibrated in accordance with AMS2750 (aviation standard), but also benefit from regular cleaning procedures, which mean that we remove bright metallic parts from the vacuum furnace. This saves you time-consuming and cost-intensive finishing processes such as electropolishing or pickling. This is particularly important for medical instruments.
We have held a NADCAP Certificate for various heat treatment processes since 2004 and have been continuously expanding our experience in the certified business field of Aviation & Aerospace ever since. We transfer and use this experience for high-quality applications in medical technology, among other things.
